Kihlströms is a well-established company with extensive experience in service and repair of heavy vehicles. With us, the customer is always in focus, and we are now looking for someone who wants to be the face of the workshop and an important link between the customer, mechanic, and site manager.

As a customer representative, you have a fluid and developing role – how good you become is up to you. For the right person, there are great opportunities to grow.

In the role of customer representative/service advisor, you are responsible for receiving customers, planning workshop visits, and ensuring an efficient flow in the workshop. You work administratively in the business system, handle quotes, warranties, and follow up on work. Your main goal is to create satisfied customers and a well-filled workshop. Working hours are normally 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility.

Your tasks include:

• Receiving and assisting customers – via counter, phone, and email
• Planning and booking workshop jobs
• Creating quotes and handling warranty issues
• Working in the business system (Winassist/Cabas – advantageous but not a requirement)
• Picking up and dropping off vehicles as needed
• Actively contributing to a well-planned and efficient workshop

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, proactive, and wants to be the best in their role
• Has a strong service mindset and enjoys customer contact
• Is structured and has a basic understanding of debit and credit
• Has a B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Previous experience as a customer representative, mechanic, or in workshop/vehicle is advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness are most important.
